From site inspection to handover
Most infrastructure problems on site come from work that was not properly set up at the start. Our sequence is deliberately simple and it does not change with the size of the job.
Inspect and scope. We attend site, establish what is failing or what is being built, confirm access, services and constraints, and agree the extent of the work in writing.
Plan and mobilise. Materials, plant, labour and safety requirements are arranged against a programme, so the crew arrives able to work.
Execute and supervise. Work is carried out to specification under supervision, with progress and safety monitored throughout.
Inspect and hand over. Work is checked before completion, the site is reinstated and cleared, and the client is walked through what was done.
